City Year Rhode Island Is Excited to Start off Our 2012-2013 Year!

City Year is wholly committed to solving the high school dropout crisis. We identify students who are exhibiting early warning indicators that many high school dropouts display–poor attendance, disruptive behavior, and course failure in English and Math–and deploy energetic corps members to coach these students back on track so that they will graduate high school with their class. We do this by providing in class tutoring, as well as before school, lunchtime, and after school programming and coaching sessions.
